SPS Project of Guangzhou Auto Passenger Car Assembly Workshop

Project introduction: Guangzhou Automobile Group Passenger Vehicle Co., Ltd. was established solely by Guangzhou Automobile Group Co., Ltd. as the implementation carrier of Guangzhou Automobile Group's own brand passenger vehicle project, and built a world-class factory with an annual output of 100,000 vehicles and 100,000 engines. This project is used in the door-line speed-matching area of Guangzhou passenger car assembly workshop, cooperating with upper MES system and SPS system, guiding staff's selection operation by light prompt, helping enterprises to lean warehousing logistics, realizing flexible production and agile manufacturing.

Peugeot Assembly DPS

Project introduction: The company customized Pick-to-light picking scheme according to the picking demand of the complete line-side supply warehouse of CAPSA Chang'an Peugeot Shenzhen Factory. The scheme uses GYS light picking mode, and the staff picks according to the position of the light. The picking progress information is updated in real time. When all the picking is completed, the display prompts the order picking. Placement position after completion.

LES Project of General Wuling Assembly Workshop

Project introduction: Guangxi Automobile Group was formerly Liuzhou Wuling Automobile Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Wuling Group"). This project is used in the line of Wuling Automobile Assembly Workshop (door line, sub-assembly, interior, chassis, etc.), cooperating with the upper ERP, MES, SRM systems to achieve JIT mode of material pulling. The first two phases of the project have been completed. The software part realizes warehouse management of the line-side batching area, the first-level and second-level material pulling orders of various strategies and the whole batching management. At the same time, the system uses more than 1700 electronic picking labels, more than 60 industrial tower lights and more than 50 special label controllers.

Geely Automobile Assembly Workshop SPS Project

Project introduction: Geely Automobile Research Institute (referred to as "Geely Automobile"), this project is used in the assembly workshop of Geely Automobile Research Institute of various lines (door line, sub-assembly, interior, chassis, etc.), with the upper ERP, MES, WMS systems, to achieve JIT mode of production material pull. The project has implemented the material truck management and CBS material call management from three-dimensional warehouse to SPS storage area, and realized the integrated logistics planning from warehouse to transit to line.
